New York: Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos has criticized President Joe Biden for asking the oil company to reduce the price of heavenly gasoline, pushing the White House to come to the defense of US leaders on Sunday.
“My message to a company that runs a gas station and sets a price in a simple pump: this is the time of war and global danger,” Tweeted Biden on Saturday.
“Lower the price you set at the pump to reflect the costs you pay for the product. And do it now,” Biden added.
Bezos said Biden’s statement was the same as “one of the wrongdoles in front or a deep misunderstanding about the dynamics of the base market.”
