New Delhi: The proposition to raise the base time of marriage for ladies from 18 to 21 was cleared by the Union Cabinet on Wednesday, a year later Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the arrangement is under audit.
State head Modi, during his Independence Day discourse last year, had made a notice of the proposition.
