The BJP campaign in Western rose around the development board by CM Yogi Adityanath and the narrative of the multiple engine government by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The party has also tried to discredit the Jamajwadi Party by placing the spotlight on past problems, including the alleged “exodus” of Hinduism from Cairana before 2017 and 2013 Riot Muzaffarnagar. Meanwhile, the SP-RLD combined had focused their campaigns on farmers’ problems and had attacked aditentalath for the promise of polls.
Among the seats that must be considered is Cairana, Muzaffarnagar and Noida. Cairana, the spotlight for the alleged exodus of the Hindu family, has become hot potatoes for all parties. The BJP leaders have accused that a large number of Hindus were forced to migrate from Cairana because of the threat during the government of the Jamajwadi Party before 2017. The party turned it into a significant poll board, which was highlighted by Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah launched his poll campaign.
In the 2013 Muzaffarnagar riots, more than 60 people lost their lives, and some were moved. Riots created the gap between the famous bonds between the Muslim community and JAT. BJP then won the support of JAT farmers significantly – in the 2014 Lok Sabha, 2017 polling assembly, and Lok Sabha 2017 polls. But the 2020-21 farmer protest helped revive JAT-Muslim ties.
In Noida, Vice President of BJP, Pankaj Singh will face the challenge of Sun Sunil Choudhary, Pankhuri Pathak, and Panchuran Panchur (AAP) Panchur Awana.
Canvassing for the first phase remains confined to virtual media because of the prohibition of road performances and physical demonstrations after the Pandemic Coronavirus.
The first phase will cover the Western belt which is dominated by JAT from which farmers actively participate in a shower on three Agri laws in the city center. Polling Assembly Uttar Pradesh will be held in seven phases in February-March starting from February 10. Calculating the sound will be held on March 10.
